NO signal lights. or hazard lights.

so i replaced the lights in my onboard computer.. it works. but
when i reconnected the car the signal lights do not work. or the hazards. the blinker switch just makes a whinning noise

Check the fuse.It might lose some contact.

the fuses have been checked and changed... it just decided to give up. everything else now works. but the signal lights
