If no one knows where to find, who has smoked lenses themselves and what does that entail?

I think that is a typo because here is the same product and it says "will not fit".

it's all the same shit. They all used the same sidemarkers except for the euro imports with the euro markers, or the super early diving boards with the hex side markers.
            Jah bless! :pimp:

FYI - if you bought the e-bay ones, I found the metal clip that holds in the smoked sidemarkers to be really flimsy. I swapped out the metal clips from the original sidemarkers into the smoked ones and they have held up great. Don't forget to get orange bulbs for the lights now!

They sell spray tint in little cans at hobby shops for like $6. I put about 5-6 coats of it on all my side markers. One can will handle both sets of ambers up front, and the red set in your rear bumper. Light still comes through (and mine are tinted DARK) and the reflectors still work good too. It's by Pactra and color number is RC294 (Window Tint)

Wait to see how long it holds up to the weather.

that hobby shop paint is not UV resistant. the sun will destroy it no matter how many layers you put on it. the only way that will work is if you get a UV resistant clearcoat to put over it.
