    rally fog setup?

So I do a lot of night time driving. Im growing fond of the idea of fabricating some kind of mount for a few of the round hella 500 fog lights in front of my bumper or on top of it, atleast 2 but it would be cool if I could run 4. I was wondering if anyone else has attempted this.

There was a thread on here somewhere that had pictures of peoples setups. And i think some of them used a bracket that mounted by using the license plate holes. I'm too tired to search for it right now though.

        you mean like this?

        jk...
        maybe something like this?

this is what all the 2002 guys use for extra lights.
or maybe you could use some parts from the 4x4 community?

Also, this setup will be used for relatively long periods of time consistently, as in 6-7 hours almost non-stop. How will this effect my battery//alternator use and other electrical components. Id like to have a very nice and bright night time driving setup but also have one that is very stable.

Yes but im aiming more so directly on top of my bumper or sitting in front of it. I still want it to flow with the car lol.

Those brackets look like they may work, although I think i would want something more stable than a clamp? I may just end up drilling into the bumper and mounting them. Does anyone have any pictures of setups?

Will it affect airflow being mounted in front of the kidneys?

when you order the lights they come with the mounting brackets in this picture. they are the same ones in the ebay listing in the first link i posted.
i would just mount them on the bumper. you have those nice diving boards so it should be no problem for you.

not enough to be a problem.
as fare as it effecting your electrical system. i would add some extra relays. you will also get better light output that way.
