Another good thing is that they just switched USPS shipping, so the refunded me the $6 difference in shipping cost on the replacement bulb order I placed last week. But what sucks is that I paid $20 for replacement bulbs and I could have bought the entire raptor kit for $10 more.

My understanding is that you will only need a new balast. The 55w still draws less than a 55w halogen, and the bulb in the 35w kit is good up to 60w.

Wow. And these kits are decent?

hells yes ...can't beat it for the price, especially the lifetime warranty.
I've got them on my ix and 3 of my friends (2 e36's and an xj6 ) have em with no problems.

DDM just dropped the price again and I haven't even gotten this shit in the mail yet!!

Raptor kits are now available in 55w too, 35w is $29

DDM brand is $49.

Gonna have to get a set for my wife's car.
