    US ellipsoid + HID install help.

    i ordered ddm hids and i was wondering if there was a guide on this forum to help me install? i see alot of them done on Euro "smileys" ellips but would kindly appreciate if sumone would show me one done on US ellips pls? thanks Godbless.

    You'll figure it out when you get the kit. It's pretty easy.

            Yes its only two wires, hot and a ground. Just remember that the gound on the car is brown.

              HID install on US is easier to install than on a euro?

                Only difference is that on the euros, you have to cut a hole in the plastic cap on the back of the light for the HID bulb wires.

                    I'm pretty sure the US ones dont have the cap on the back, it's been awhile since i looked at a set.

                    EDIT: Just did a search, and no they don't have the cap.
