    Upgrade help.

It's time for me to upgrade my headlights, low beams, and fogs.
I don't have sealed beams or Euros.
I tried to search as much as possible before making this thread and just want to finalize my findings to make sure they're accurate!

Fog Lights: 35watt, H-3 bulbs?, and 5k color. (DDMtuning kit)

Low Beams: 35watt, 9006 bulbs?, and 6k color. (DDMtuning kit)

    High Beams: 100watt, H1 bulbs?.

I just want to make sure I have the right bulbs and such so they fit.

For the High Beams: These are super super bright correct? I don't want HID's as highs because I will lose the "flashing" option right? I know the chosen watts are high and can get really really hot and such, but I do not plan on ever keeping them on longer than 10 seconds at most. They are for turning on blind corners at night and flashing. Also, are H1 bulbs correct for high beams?

Other: With this setup, will I need to upgrade my fuse's or should I upgrade just to be safe? If so, what do I need to do? (Idk anything about fuse #'s or what they mean..)

    Thanks in advance!

    -Abby

    yes

yes, unless you are going for looks you might want 4500 or 5K for best light output. same with fogs 4500 or 3000

don't know, I think they are H1; whatever you have in there should be fine unless they are blown, you are hardly going to use them.

Abby, what lights do you have? you said you don't have Euros. If you have normal US Ellipsoids, an H1 nor H3 fits!

9006 is the low. Fits perfect, between 4K and 6k is great, 35W is plenty.

AMAZING lighting, even for my old eyeballs.

          Thanks Luke!

Yes, I'm sure I have US ellipsoids so thanks for confirming the 9006 lows.

But then what would I use for the High beams, and Fogs?

          TIA Luke!

Don't waste any money on the highs.

You will never flick that switch again.
