SEALED beams????
AFAIK, No sealed beams in France, or anywhere in Europe, which is 'real headlight land' for us Yanks.
The French are all about replaceable bulbs, not sealed beams.
I have pics of Cibie yellow lens lights. The attached is a low beam Cibie CSR, for Complex Surface Reflector, their top of the line in the 146mm size. It replaces a sealed beam - plug and play. It is just low, uses an H1, NOT an H4. There may be a few of these and (possibly) some highs as well, new old stock remaining in Germany. I will have to check if you are serious about getting a set .. or did you just want pics to see the color, or what? Warning, they are expensive. I have a clear set on my car, they will be there until I die or someone steals or destroys them. They are covered with clear headlight protection film from XPel.
Oh, by the way, I sell these along with my tail light upgrades for E30s.

Headlight protection saves headlights from breakage. -
Andy - they made non elipsoid headlights in yellow. True they were not "sealed" since the bulb was replaceable, but the frenchies come in more than just elipsoids.
here are my OEM french headlights...
