Hella Ellipsoids coming soon! Need HID opinions

Okay guys first off I live in the wonderful California, where cops think their dicks are huge and they believe they are the law.

I just bought some Hella Euro Ellipsoids. I am debating on whether or not I should get HIDs.
I fear tickets. My gf's dad can probably sign them off no problem if hey are simple fix-its, but he'll be annoying about it. I was thinking i would be okay if i got just 4500k bulbs, because they are white. If adjusted properly they would be fine. 6000k looks blue-ish and that makes me nervous. They do look cooler though.
    What shall I do?
What type of bulbs do i need anyway?
Also what exactly do i need to do to make them work, will i need pigtails/adapters with the HIDs?
    thanks
    -Craig

    9006 bulbs for lows.
    H3's for the fogs.

55w 6000k is fine since the lights are projectors.
Just dont aim them up and you will be alright.

Are Hella Smilies projectors? I think they are, but that's it! You're set!
Installing is simple. Just find a good place to mount the ballasts with the double sided tape they provide and you're done.

You must be a banger or a ricer because the cops in san jose are very mellow compared to other parts of the state and/or country.

The Euro ellips use an H1 bulb, not 9006.

Not at all I'm a white male college student with a tasteful e30
                  SJPD are dicks
along with Santa Clara county Sheriffs
My girlfriends father who is a Highway Patrolman says so himself.
They are out to get people for everything
They made my buddy with a Subaru STI lift his hood after pulling him over for his exhaust being too loud.
Go catch some real bad guys, not people who have loud cars and drive responsibly.
