hella stone shields that fit over 'is fogs...

i cant remember where i saw the pic, but im almost certain i saw an '87 325is with hella stone shields on the stock fogs in the 'is valance...
is there a stone shield that will fit over them?

it looks like the 550's would be super close to fitting if the litle nubs on the bottom were dremel'd off. anyone know?

Sorry for the old thread bump, but I am pondering the same thing. Anyone ever figure it out? I have a set of the OEM fogs on the way and want to get the appropriate stone shields.
