Need Mod info hi Beam Light Delete or single light convetion

Hello,
I searched and found nothing, Looking to turbo my car soon and want to use the hi beam location as my air ducting/VOstack for my turbo and filter. I've seen many E30's running single lights, Deleting the hi beam..
Are they deleting the hi beam totaly? Or is there a mod that allows you to run both hi and low beams in one light?

only way you can have high and low beam in one light if i recall correctly is if you have sealed beams
