lazy lights..wtf.

ive got an odd problem that i have yet to run into since owning my car.
up until last week all my lights[headlights,fogs,bumper lights] worked completely fine.
now out of nowhere it seems the lights have stopped working properly. all the individual lights work but not as they should....what i mean is , one headlight will turn on and the other stays off , but then i put my highbeams on the one that was off is now on and another has turned off.
also the passenger side tailight only wants to work when the lights are on the "bumper light only" setting.

all bulbs work,so im guessing its some electrical or fuse problem..

what could be causing this annoying problem?

It may be you have some relays crapping out, namely- K3 Hi beam relay, K4 Low beam relay, K8 Fog light relay. Also check fuses 1, 2, 13 and 14 these pertain to the Headlights, and fuses 22 and 23 run the Front Park/Taillight. Hope these lead you in the right direction.
