recently my blinker speed has picked up a lot, so i got to poking around thinking i had a burnt out bulb, no i dont. got to messing with it, and figured this out:
when the front running lights on the bumper are on, they wont blink. but when the lights are off, they will barely blink and twice as fast as they should. I've checked all bulbs, inspected wiring, dont know what else to do. help?
They will also blink as they should with the hazard button on, and the lights off, but when ever the lights are on, they dont blink at all.
wtf?? is this related to installing my h4/h1's and upgrading from stock sealed beams??? i upped the fuses to 15amps instead of 7.5 for the lights, is that what is causing it??
car is a 91 318i
