Wtf help needed

Once again its a noobie doobie asking for some help. Heres the issue, my right parking light does not turn on any more but when i signal to turn right it blinks just fine wtf right 91 318i

It's a dual filament bulb. It's possible it's "half burnt out". Check the bulb, it's easy.
