Anyone hear anything about these yet? The impression I get is that it would be similar to spray tinting headlights and greatly reduce lighting output. Not sure how it will look either. Anyone brave enough to try?

I dont even get why they would sell them. They are like the black plastic light covers that pop on and off, only these stay on all the time.
But I just dont like the idea altogether. They have a picture of an e36 with all these smoked covers and they are nearly black.Old and improved:
