    HID problem

In the middle of installing my HID euro smileys, and here is the problem:

attached low and high beams on pass side no problems, checked both low and high beams with good output and results. Went to do the same to driver side, got the low beam wired up, went to check it, and now it works, but the passenger side low doesn't. Thinking maybe I spliced something into the wrong wire somewhere. I basically matched colors on the low beam wires (white/yellow into white/yellow, and brown into brown) with what had been done previously by the last owner (figured they used the same color wires from the body of their car too)

I take that back actually. As I said, when I swapped ballasts they both worked great. Finished wiring up the high beams, checked everything again....awesome. Then I made the mistake of trying to attach the ballasts to the car (you know, so I can drive it while using the headlights :) ) and after I got them attached, checked lights again.....surprise....same f**king problem. One works one doesn't. So I swapped the ballasts back to the original sides.....no joy, still only one light working, though this time on the other side. So I'm thinking maybe a bad ballast? It seems like everytime this particular one is moved it stops working. Thoughts?

did you change the fuses for the highs and lows? I believe it's 1,2 and 14,15. when i did my h4/h1s i had the same problem and i swapped to a 15w fuse like you're supposed to and it fixed the problem.
