Would this solve my intermittent HID problem?

I have been having an issues with one of my low beams and one of my fogs on which I installed DDM's HID's.

I am pretty sure that the ballasts are the issue, but since it is too late right now, I won't be able to get in contact with DDM until tomorrow.

I was browsing their website looking for potential problem solvers when I came across these harnesses:

I don't know much about lighting/troubleshooting my problems, but would these help me at all?
