Changed bulbs, but still doesn't work

I need help: I changed my passenger taillight bulbs, but the light still doesnt work.

I also checked the fuses and they all looked fine.

What do you guys think?

Do you have power at the socket? Use a test light and work backwards until you find power if you don't. If you have power at the socket then the bulbs might still be bad (even if new).
