    DDM Kit Ballast Fail

So I had my DDM 9006/h3 fogs HID kit come, Ive installed all. and they all worked pleasantly for about 15 minutes until the driver side ballast failed. Called DDM, they replaced it pretty quick. I just got my replacement ballast in the mail today, hooked it up, turned on. Everything was great. Drove to Taco Bell and bam. On the way back home it went out again. Ballast is bad. Same driver's side ballast. I read a post about this earlier, but it was never answered. Could there be something short in my system? I have a standard Xenon (Kragen) bulb in it along with the passenger DDM HID and both DDM fogs and its working all gravy. Any input? Could it just be two bad ballasts one after another? Kinda annoying.

Both of my ddm kits are over a year old and everyone one and awhile the light may flicker before starting up.

but my regular bulb (non HID) never has any problem. Been years with these bulbs. How would i check/fix this short?

What do you mean by "all mounted"? You just mean you have it stuck on somewhere, right?
