Turn signls

Hi all I'm new here I have a 86 325 and the front and rear left turn signals don't work. The blinker blinks fast I checked the fuse and the bulbs are fine. I also tried to turn on the sidemarkers and hazards to see if they dim but nothing. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

there is a relay hooked up to the turn signal.
might help.

you have to remove the lower steering column trim.

and to get that off i believe you have to remove the steering wheel 2 access 2 of the screws.

So then do I replace the relay? new to this
