How to Wire up Euro Wiper Motors Directly (no OEM harness or relay)?

I've got a set of Euro Smiley's w/ Washers I want to wire up. Here's what I have:

2 Euro Smiley Projectors w/ Wiper Rings
2 Motors (not sure if they work, but can get more cheaply if not)
    2 Wiper Assemblies
    2 Washer Jets
    2 Euro Grills

To install the full kit OEM I'd need:

    1 Wiring Harness
    1 Control Unit
    1 Headlight Washer Tank
    2 Washer Pumps
    1 Relay
    1 Headlight Washer Stalk

There might be more parts I'm forgetting.

I drove my old E30 in a couple nasty blizzards in '04 & '05 and think the wipers would actually be useful for clearing the snow that compacts on the front end.

Here's what I'm thinking. Power the motors through my own harness via a dedicated switch in the blank next to the hazards, rear def, stereo balance panel. What I need to find out is how the control unit powers the motors. The motor plugs are 4 pin connectors. A schematic would be really helpful if anyone has one.

As far as the washer jets I could mod up a tank with a dedicated pump and plumbing.

My E30 is a clean driver at best, so I'm not concerned with it not being perfect OEM. I would just like something functional for snowboard trips and snowstorms.

This has been my reference so far:

Any help would be greatly appreciated... Thanks in advance..
