    Help Euro Smileys

Ive seen a set of Euro Smileys I want to buy but I did some reading but I'm not sure if I understood correctly. Do I need to take apart the low beams and switch the shield around? Also how does the wiring work? What kind of bulbs do they use?

In the UK the drive on the left side, thus you have to change the light cut out. Germany is like the US they drive on the right side.

It's really easy. 3 screws... and rotate the cut offs (maybe 10 degress if that)...
