    No more ddm 35w?

Will ddmtuning ever offer 35w's anymore, I checked the website all they had were the 55w "slim ballasts"
And from a couple threads I've read, are ddm's as good as they once were?
or is there a better brand. If some one can shed some light that'd be great!

Are the raptors considered the slim ballasts?

No, the "slim ballasts" are the slim ballasts..raptors are a full size ballast. I just got a set of 55w H1 4.5k raptors last week, haven't had a chance to install them. I'll be sure to post up when I do. Initial impressions however are that the raptor ballasts seem bulletproof, nice polished stainless case, good and heavy & solid feeling. The bulbs seem really cheesy to me on the other hand, but then the only other HIDs I've had were a set of McCullochs in my Porsche, which were NICE.

BTW when I talked to DDM last week they said they expected to get more 35w slim ballasts in very soon, but have none in stock ATM. They also said they had about half the 35w raptor kits, and had no delivery date yet for the rest. All 55w kits in both styles are supposedly in stock.

I'd go with 55w's with DDM anyway, as their bulbs are notorious for being very blue even in a low k#, and the extra wattage helps wash this blueness out apparently.

Possibly, I currently have 55w 6k lows, with 35w 3k highs and fogs...it's a bit excessive but totally awesome. I'd just spring for a 35w kit for the fogs.
