    Bumper turning signals won't flash w/lights on

    I'm reinstalling my front diving board bumper and there's some weird stuff going on.

    My left turning signal only works when the lights aren't on. It will flash fine if they're off.

    Anyone have an idea what could be the problem?

      Failed or bad ground perhaps?

      Does the parking light live in the same light, and does it seem to work?

      If the ground is not good, the parking light can ground through the turn signal filament. That is how you get side markers that blink with the turn signals.

          did u find out if the ground was causing it??

              i had the same problem, my right parking light was wired up backwards.
              the ground was in the turnsignal wire spot, anyways it was wired up wrong!
              recheck the wiring
