    really independent fogs

I made my fog lights independent as the ones discribed in bimmerdiy.com. I am happy wiht that but i want them to be independent without anything, so when the car is on they are one. how is this part done.

uh, run power from ignition switch, accessory position, to fog-light switch and dummy any other connections fog light switch needs to work??

    or am I oversimplifying things?

I made mine independant at the fog switch.

the switch provides a ground for the relay.

Simple solution, gound a wire to the chassis and connect it so when the switch is on, the correct wire is grounded and the fogs come on.

Ideally you'd want to find ground only when the iqnition is on, you can do that with a relay, or there might my one somewhere in the e30, but i didn't look, and didn't wanna run a relay, so i jus gave it straight ground.
