    side repeater and euro trim

i am going to be putting the euro bumper trim on my e30 as soon as i get my hands on some and i'm thinking about putting the side repeaters (side signals) on also. but i want to see if anyone has pics of it. my car colour is brilliantrot if it helps.
also how would i go into hooking them into my signals? would there be a lot of wiring need to be done?

Why would you bother getting the Euro trim if you are going to be adding sidemarkers? :?

thats why i might not...i want to see what it looks like...btw, laws say i need to have a light or reflector on the side of the car...so since the e30 doesn't have any with the euro trim, i need something.

i donno about ontario, but here in nova scotia, if it didn't come with it from the factory they can't make you have it, so euro trim is a factory part, so just say it never had one, they cant question somethign that factory, well here anyway....

haha, no one cares, no one will notice. Mine have been completely blacked out with Lamin-X for 2 years now, and no one gets pulled over more than me. Not a single problem.

It's how the UK cars rolled factory.
The BMW 318 is back. With a vengeance.

any up close pics of said trim? I'm assuming this trim has no ugly sidemarkers? How much does it cost and best place to get it? thanks.

the point of getting euro trim is to not have side markers. please do yourself a favor and just keep the trim you have now and black out your side markers and leave the euro trim alone if your gonna cut it up to look like us trim anyway.

He's talking about going to euro bumper trim but adding the euro side repeater. I've been thinking about doing the same thing for a long time. I know that soon I will be going to the euro trim, but still not sure of the repeater thing.

The repeater is standard on the euro e30 models, located on the front fenders behind the front wheels. They are called repeaters because they flash in unison with the front turn signals when activated. They are also standard on many of the US later model BMWs such as the e36 and e46 series among others.
