I just need a quick answer concerning hids/smileys

So im trying to put this together, I have it all figured out and such, but please tell me how this person connected the original head light wires, into the balast. Is there a special plug? or did the wires just kinda get pushed into the 2 metal rods that are in the balast? Here is a picture of what Im talking about

Looks like they used spade terminals (blue terminals going into the black plug) to connect to the H4 oem headlight plug. Those wires should just pull out if you needed them to (be sure to note which wire goes where, other wise have an extinguisher ready), unless they are soldered. The plug that goes into the actual ballast is a 9006 plug. If you plan on keeping the Xenon setup, I would cut off the spade terminals and cut the oem plug, then solder up the 9006 plug accordingly and make sure the solder connections are weather sealed.
