Almost embarrased to ask this but, how do you mount late model foglights?

Found my wiring, everything is ready to go, just can't figure our exactly how to mount the light frames into the valence.

There are a couple of these clips in the tabs hanging down off the valence, as well as a couple further up in the body around where the holes for the frame would go, but they look a little flimsy to hold in the entire assembly? Do I use these or some sort of screw assembly?

My car originally came with fog blanks, 91 318is.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, I searched but couldn't find anything.

I'm pretty sure mine is held in with screws

A few more hours of searching has turned up that they're held in with (4) expanding rivets and screws each.

Part numbers for anyone searching in the future:

And for good measure the relay is PN 61 31 1 380 013, which supercedes 61 31 1 374 631 (if looking in a junkyard).
