Side mirror ground light and door handle mod

has anyone done a mod like this on their e30 for when you unlock your car? there is a section to add this mod there. also has anyone added a light on the inside door handle like the newer model (wife's x3 has small orange light) for when you have your light on. i think both mods can be tastefully done.

If you just screw that POS to the bottom of your mirrors I will lol.

I don't think this mod would look right on the E30. The styling is just too dated for it to work right.

The light will only come on when you unlock the doors and turn off or fade out when you start car. I really do not see that being out of place. Now if you set it up to stayon then that is another story.
