If a low beam bulb is about to fail...

Does is show up on the check panel?

Reason why I'm asking, is because I have had this happen a few times consistantly lately and just tonight one of my euro smiley low beams went out. A few starts later (shutting the car down completely and restarting after 10-15 minutes) Both low beams came up, but still the low beam bulb failure warning was illuminated on the check panel.

Also, what kinda bulb does the Euro smiley's take? I recall buying 2 brand new ones several years when I converted to the Euro setup, but for the life of me, I cannot remember what bulb goes in there? I know the Fogs take H1's, Is it the H3's for the Low beams?

    Thanks in advance!
If it's got tits or tires, it's gonna cost ya!
