Another Xentec costumer that needs HID help :)

New installed HID Bulbs flicker like 1980's disco. Pics show what I have done so far.... anything I can do to stop the flickering?

Picture of set-up before I touched it

The stock bulb was connected to the harness through this terminal

Cut three wires from terminal to connect to HID ballast

Spliced wires and connected them to ballast, which bulb is connected to

This is how it sits now, in its current flickering state

Now I sit and wait for help. I dont need anybody to tell me its cheap or what not, because I already know it is. I just don't care because I have used this set up on four different cars, and they all work fine. First time I have to actually cut wires.

the way you "spliced" you wires is 99% your problem. if the ballasts dont get a precise/constant voltage they wont ignite the bulbs. cut the connectors off, solder them and heat shrink over top

I thought all kits now were plug and play?

But yeah he's right, solder that up and it should solve it.
