How did you go about taking these apart without breaking stuff? I mean the adjusters, you use pliers, or?

Yeah, to detach the adjusters from the housing, you just pull 'em out of the sockets with a pliers. Just wrap the threads with a rag first, so you don't damage them...

Anyone else looking for these things, I found them on ECS Tuning for 38 cents a pop. Sadly it's 28 bucks shipping to Canada, but should be useful for you 'muricans.

Alright, here's some good info from the Permatex website. I was looking for info on temperature range, and I ultimately went with the Ultra Gray Gasket Maker to affix the glass lens onto the low beam housing. It looks good to me, but I can't judge its durability just yet.

I used black windowweld... But I was smoking mine at the same time. You'd want something grey if you want it to match the others.

What type of adhesive should I use to glue the lenses back onto the reflector body? I have some clear RTV handy, but not sure it can take the heat when the lights are burnin' bright.

Great advice itt, I recently took my lights out and found the drivers side is broken......the actual housing/bracket that screws into the frame of the car broke off.......Do I need another euro bracket? (It has the leveling adjuster as well) Or can I swap it for regular housing to save money?

so what is broken? if it's the:

-plastic bucket with lense glued on then you'll need to get another one of those
-it it's just the black mounting bracket you can use one from north american ellipsoids too, they're identical
