Help. Right turn signal doesnt work unless hazard.

Help guys its driving me nuts. My right turn signal does not work but the left does. The right turn signals only light up when my hazard lights are on. When I hit the right turn signal lever, it does not light up on the dash and makes a buzzing noise..

theres three wires going to the front turn signal maybe one of them got loose or something. hope this helps

Have you tested the blinker stalk/switch?
