Red/blue colour fog lights

Hi, can't find pics of e30 with red/blue colour fog lights and headlights on this forum, maybe someone knows the nickname of this bmw owner.

Not going to find that in the US, it's illegal to have red/blue fog lights. Certain blue's you might be able to get away with, but red lights facing foward are reserved for emergency vehicles (police, fire department).

I do recall the sig. IIRC the guy is out of Cali or west coast. Thats all i can help with here.

He's in SoCal, I believe. And it's a drift car, so he doesn't have to worry about the legality on the red/blue headlights and fogs.
