sealed to euro ellipsoid?!!?

Hey guys whats going on???

IM A NEWB. So yesterday I attempted to install the depo smoke euro ellipsoids using the guten euro light kit. I cut the wires and twisted them wrapped them with electric tape, tested them and they turned on! But i decided to undo them and rewrap them but now they do not turn on at all. I also have the low beam light check on... would anyone know what the issue maybe? i tried to wire them again this morning i got nothing.

lmk if you need any more info im not sure if this is adequate.

Use the search button and learn how to properly wire them, you're probably going to need hardware, ex; male/female connectors. GL.
