    My blinkers are in doubletime...

My blinkers are going twice as fast usual, both sets, all the bulbs are in working order, and when the indicator is on both sets work simultaneously (front and rear on either the left or right), but they're just going way too fast... what could be wrong?
My e30's older than I am... but that doesn't matter, it still has a lot of spunk. And that's all that really counts. spunk.

I've no idea. I have seen cars that did that when bulbs were blown to let the driver know, but otherwise, not sure. Have you checked all your fuses? (not sure if that would do you any good or not, just throwing something out there):-?

I would check the relay. You are sure all the blubs work? AKA: Hit the left turn signal, walk around the car and watch all the bulbs, and then switch it to the right, and look at the bulbs. Thats the only real way to determin if a bulbs is out.

make sure the bulbs' watt ratings match. If you've replaced an individual bulb before this happened, it could be the reason.

well it was working before i did the bumper tuck, then after the tuck it started doing the double time. I know about the driver warning when one is out, but all 4 main bulbs are working.

I've drawn the conclusion that my sidemarkers aren't working... and i think that probably is the problem... but if anyone else know's why i might put that on the list of "To Check..."

if it started after the tuck, that means something is grounding out on the bumper, which is now sitting closer in, which increases the chance of metal-ground contact...

this is what I would believe, if it were happening on my car.

I think i found another problem. The indicators work as driving lights, but don't indicate in the front.. what's going on??

They are dual filiment bulbs. i would just replace them to see if that fixes it, then check your relays.

I just fixed that for the right side turn signals on my E30. Turns out the ground prong in the connector for the front right turn signal was corroded. When the headlights were off everything worked fine, but once I turned on the headlights the extra current from the park light being on as well as the turn signal provided too much resistance and made it go double-time. Check those connectors and make sure they aren't corroded or that you didn't nick a wire when you did the tuck...

I think cabrio is on the right path as well.. You may have grounded out on the metal behind the bumper, and screwed something up in your relay... Check your hazard button too.. it acts as a switch for the whole turn signal assembly :) just food for thought... If I can, i'll try and DL some wiring diagrams from alldata for you from school and post them.. what kind of car is it again?
                            Project e30 m3 starts now..... :D

This is the problem. Mine started to do this on one side. I bought new bulbs, and it fixed it. Same thing with my wife's E30.
