Broken Hello ellipsoid? can it be fixed?

So i have a set of Hella ellipsoids that have a crack in one front glass and the other is completely busted out. Is there an option to replace the glass or is this a complete assembly deal?

Anyone removed and replaced the glass?

heat it up in oven work with gloves remove all glass install a new lenses.

Is there anywhere that sells the glass? Part number?

Ebay or another member. Depo used to sell them cheap. or check Abhrams

i've replaced the glass from one projector to another. Just heat in the oven until glue is ply-able, and carefully separate the glass from the housing. I resealed using RTV sealer. Has worked wonders the last 2yrs.

e34 ellipsoid lenses are the same size. Used one of them to fix my broken e30 ellip.

I picked up 5 glass lenses from E34s at the pick and pull the other day. 2 for me and 3 for ??? My question is, why do these just fall off of E34s and are a PITA to get off E30s? future, PM me if you want to buy any, $10 each. Chrome rings included.
