I have the Angel eyes smiley headlight and H1 HId bulbs. Are fuses the only thing i need to modify what about the incoming wires from the standard sealed beam headlight .. IS it really as simple as PLug and play. WHats obstacles did u come across. AND has anyone used plasmagarage before. www.plasmagarage.com Let me know..

A search button would really help, but I'll answer it anyways since I'm here.
The fuse is a must do just in case so that's probably a 2 second job. Now for the sealed beams so all you have to do is actually splice the original wires to fit the new wirings for the new housing, simple as that. The kits out there now are direct plug and play. The hardest part of installing it is probably figuring out a clean location to put your ballast box. Everything else is just tedious work based off what I've experienced.sigpic

i think all of the kits that company offers are over 6000k. which is basically crap. the higher k is not nesscerily brighter or better. it is actually proven by most companies that 8000k will fatigue your eyes a lot quicker then stock bmw 4100k (or is it 4300k?).
therefore don't expect to get a whiter, brighter light with a higher number.
