rusted smilies?

i am bidding on some smilies on ebay and they are pictured on a brown floor.
The inside is either reflecting the brown floor or it is rusted.
Do the inside of these lights rust?

theres no rust (the reflector is picking up the floor) but you have to look super closely at the lenses... these are bosch units, so the white paint on the lowbeam, when new, is really crisp and visible...

also be sure to really inspect the photos for pitting in the lenses... its sometimes hard to tell from photos...
