low beam trouble, please help

low beams not working but check panel doesn't show a fault. they work when the high beams are on but not when there not.

I pulled the fuses on the high beams and I have low beams now but only when the high beam switch is activated

could it be the switch inside the car? all other lights are working. is there a relay for the low beams?

fixed, it was a faulty relay.
