    Beam pattern of Smileys w/HID

Just bought my e30 and noticed signs miles down the road are lit up. I tried adjusting the lights and they can go up and down but it looks like they are "bleeding". How do I remedy this?

Take them apart and modify the shield. They're designed to do that. For the exact reason you stated. Light up signs and the side of the road with minimal blinding to cars in the oncoming lane.

Thanks I thought so. I just wanted to be sure since I know I don't like lights blinding me. I'll just have to get someone else to drive the car in an oncoming lane so I can see if it is a problem.
