Blinkers won't work when headlights on

Hey guys, I'm hoping someone here can help me with my problem.

When my headlights are off both my blinkers will work. The left doesn't light up in the cluster but I think that's a bulb issue.

Then when I turn my headlights on, none of my blinkers will work. The right arrow on the cluster is constantly light up and still nothing from the left.

I think it's some type of wiring issue but I have very little experience with that and I wanted to know if anyone has any advice on where to start to fix this.

    Thanks

I would check the wiring around the headlights. Sounds like maybe the turn signal is shorting to the headlights. If the turn signal gets constant power, then it won't flash.

Could also be a bag ground at the turn signal. With the headlights off, the turn signal will ground through the parking light filament (same bulb, two filaments). Then when the headlights (and parking lights) are on, it can't ground through it anymore since it is now powered, and doesn't flash.

Thanks! I'll check that out tomorrow if I have time, then post the outcomes.

I checked a few things with a circuit tester. There was a grey/white wire that ran to the turn signal bulb (along with the brown and blue wires). With just my headlights on, it had constant power. Turning the blinker on too didn't cause any change to that wire or to the other wires in the bunch.

With only the blinker on the blue wire was the only one with power, it was pulsing like a normal blinker.
