    Ellipsoid to standard conversion

I'm building a track e30. Due to front end damage the right ellipsoid cluster is toast. Id like to keep the car road worthy to make sorting a bit easier but hate to spend the money on a replacement right side ellipsoid cluster. I have a set of standard headlights in the parts bin. Is it as simple as changing out the pigtails to complete this conversion?

    Thanks for feedback.

Any input? I can't imagine someone doesn't know the answer to this.

I'm sure its been done, I think I remember seeing someone on here do it. But since the low is a dual filament in the sealed beam. You will not have the high light up in the low beam.

EDIT: Found the guy who did it lol
