Fog light question.

I don't know if the '84 is different, but on my '87 the fog light plugs were tied to the wire harness on either side of the car that leads to the headlights.

I have an 84 325e and I've converted it over to euro bumpers and I have a m tech 1 front with fog lights that I'll be installing soon. I have a fog light switch inside the car that lights up when I push it, but I cant find any wires that would've been for the fog lights up front or under the car. So can I use the extra two wires that are tucked away that used to be for the front/side parking lights? Then the fogs will be on when I turn on the parking lights? Would I need to use a bigger fuse since the fog lights are a brighter bulb? Thanks.
