Ok I found one on ebay Hella 61-31-1-374-631, that says it's tested good and will try that. When I hit the fog light switch the green light comes on the cluster and I hear a clunking noise coming from the relay area in the fuse box but the lights don't come on.

My guess is the relay. It may have been swapped out for a non-diode relay at some point, or it's just gone bad. K8, I believe.

You sure the bulbs are good? Otherwise check the relay. If it isn't a relay with a diode in it, it won't work correctly.

Ok I found the plugs. And when I put in the fog light plugs in they dont come on when I hit the fog light switch. Fog light fuse 29 and 30 are good. Fog light relay bad?

This shouldn't be an issue now as the fog lights will run separately from the running lights when he finds the plugs, but this is very sound advice nonetheless.

    Here are the pictures:
This is the driver's side plug. It's located just rear of the headlight assembly tied to the wire harness.

This is the passenger's side plug. It's located behind the headlight grille near the center of the car. This side had a longer pigtail on my car, which made it easier to attach without cutting any factory zipties or anything.

I can take a picture of my pigtails tomorrow as long as it isn't snow/sleet/raining like today.
