H2O damage in smiley elip, what to do?

So lately one of my smiley headlights was much dimmer than the other. I replaced the bulbs, checked all the connections and no avail. Took the headlight apart, found out there is water damage that ate away at all the reflective coating. No wonder why it was so dim.

Is there any fix for this? Or do I need to locate a new smiley? I got the part number from realoem but it doesn't look like its available anywhere.

So I ended up getting some "Metallic" spray paint, I was in a rush to do this so I took what Lowes had. Valspar Metallic Silver, it had a shiny cap so I was sold. I sprayed it and put it all back together. While it is not bight as the other headlight with no water damage, it is a lot better than it was before.

and finally after three years of ownership I finally adjusted my headlights to be proper.

You can probably find a decent used replacement on ebay for cheap.
