    Fog Light Help

I just received some IS foglights for my valance. I dont understand how they go in and stay in. They dont have threads on the studs and I cant get the nuts to budge. Am I missing something? Please and thanks!

I'm not able to see the pictures, but yes, the tabs twist. Mine were stuck so I sprayed some PB blaster on it and it will come loose. I think BMW should have used screws instead of plastic tabs, but it works. Hope that helps!

PS. Be careful while tightening them because mine almost broke off.

I didn't see that there are no threads.. Mine has threads, but like I said you should be able to use PB blaster to get them loose and turn them 90 degrees so they will stay. Hope this helps. Also when using PB blaster, be sure to dry off the area after just incase so it doesn't damage anything if it sits.

Do yours come off the stud? I can twist them but the whole stud twists. Do they push through the holes on the valance and then I twist them?

Yes there should be four holes on the valance in the same shape as the studs. Push the studs through the hole then twist. It should catch and stay. Let me know if you run into problems and I will look at mine when I get home later today.
