I dont want my turn signals on.

What i want to do is have it to where front turn signals do not illuminate with the headlights on, as like on a euro spec car. I don't care if its illegal.. my whole car is.

I think i have an idea on how to do it, but some other input would help. I know Jordan's car has this done.

All you have to do is cut one of the wires (3 total) and it will not send power to one of the fillaments in the bulb. Not sure which wire tho, but a volt meter will work nice here.

That is how I did mine.

Easy to do, and doesn't damage anything, so if you want to go back to stock, you can.

I just didn't hook up the wire needed for the parking lights when i did my bumper swap.

Also I hooked it up so the side markers blink with the fronts.

Right now im working on LED front signals :D

Of course they will turn on when you signal. They just won't light up while the headlights are on.
Why would you go through the effort of cutting the wire, or taping over one of the bulb contacts, if you didn't want them to light up ever... If you didn't want them to ever light up, just remove the bulb...

I hate amber lights, but still wanted functional turn signals, so i taped over one of the contacts, allowing my tun signal to work, but doesn't leave the light lit while my headlights are on.

cmon guys. My e30, i just replaced the light bulbs with the single filament ones and BAM that simple it worked. Lights on, no parking lights. turn signals work when theyre on, and theres no super fast flashing thing going on. Im not sure if it work on your car, as it didnt work on my buddys 318is, but it did for my '89 325.
