No Dash Lights, Right Rear Tail Light and License Plate Light

My 89 325I is acting up. I have no right rear tail, license plate or dash lights. Checked fuse 23 good, bulbs are good, no power at tail light. A few weeks prior to this my tach and econogauge stopped working. Also my left turn signal is acting weird. Sometimes it will not work, just hear a rapid click of the flasher unit. But if I use the passing position instead of the full turn position it works fine, even if I hold it there for a few seconds and slowly move to the full turn signal position. WHAT The Heck??

Similar situation here except it's my drivers side tail light and drivers side front parking lights that are out only, turn signals work tho.
The dash and license plate lights have only NOT worked a handful of times, but all the tails did at that time.

Haven't been able to test anything yet other than to verify that bulbs are still good or check out schematics

so you say fuse 23 is "good" does that mean you pulled it out and looked at it and saw it wasnt blown or do you have power at the fuse ? that fuse as you can see in the ETM is the power for all those thing you mention as being out , so its where to start ,if you have power there next step is to check at the light switch ,the power from fuse comes in on GY/GN grey-green wire thru connector C103, if power to light switch is ok check power out on GY/RD grey-red for power with switch on to park position, if no power out switch is bad , if you have power out you have a wiring issue on that GY/Rd wire ,it goes back out thru C103 so its another place to check those two wires..

I checked Fuse 23 with a volt meter. Will check the C103 and switch later today.
        Thanks.

          Update

Checked C103 plug, had no power at pins 8 or 9. Pulled Fuse #23 and checked and had continuity between fuse socket (non powered side) to C103 pins 8 or 9. Replaced Fuse #23 with a known good one and now Lights work, still no Tach and Econometer yet. So I guess even though the fuse had voltage on both terminals it was not making good contact with the socket. Now on to the Tach issue. I am assuming the Turn Signal issue is a corroded terminal on the switch as it is intermittent.

had a similar issue where the wrong (larger fuse) was put in #23. Something must've shorted, and right side lights and half my dash lights went out including my Euro clock backlighting.

Pulled the cluster, and turned out the circuits within the cluster fried, so I had to swap that out to get everything working again. There were clear burn marks all across the circuits.
