Dim passenger side euro smiley

I have euro smileys, and the bulbs they came with were probly cheapos and the passenger side was dimmer than the driver side.
So i bought osram silverstars and the passenger side is still dim.
This cant be a wiring problem can it?

it can, then again t could be the fuses, connectors....clean everything(wiring) up and see...dimness still there?

hey i dont know if u fixed it yet or not but if it still is dim, take the projector and the headlight asembly apart ans look for any signs of burned or melting plastic. I had the same problem with my first set of smoked headlights and I just had to replace the projector itself. alot cheaper than the whole thing. and if thats the case let me know i can get you the projector for like $20

Can anyone chime in on the problem? I have the same situation right now with my passenger euro non-smiley. It's dim and doesn't have the colourful cutoff like the driver's side does.

Well, I did some investigating and found this...



So if anyone is having any problems with the light output, take everything apart and have a look. Anyone have any ideas on how to remedy this? I might try some CLR on the projector bracket/cutoff, but I don't know what to do about the reflector.

ill try to get you one. the junk yard is closed for lie almost 1.5 weeks. so as soon as it opens up i will try to get one.

just to be sure, euro spec elips and its the passenger side correct?

Hey Yan, thanks a bunch, but don't worry about it. i got the set of lights from mikeedler, and when he saw the pictures he sent new ones out right away. problem fixed!!
