hella US ellips, highbeam reflector worn off

as the title states i have a set of us ellipsoids that the chrome on the
    highbeam reflector is worn off.
would chrome spray paint be good enough to refinish them?

should i check the inside ones on the projectors too?

is there anything else i can use that would be better than
    the chrome spray paint?

They are garbage. Nothing is going to make them worth using again. Chrome spray paint is silver at best.

Short of getting them actually chrome plated ($$$), there is nothing you can do.

How badly is light output affected by not having the chrome?
it is just worn underneath the bulb.... everywhere else is good

I will try something, I do not know what yet

If it's just beneath the bulb, not much.

        Get some HIR1 9011 bulbs.
